Configuration

Pandora’s settings live on the Config page in the web UI. Changes are saved to the database and persist across restarts.

Identity

Give Pandora a name. This is used in the system prompt and shown in the UI. Defaults to Pandora.

Timezone

Controls when scheduled tasks run and Pandora’s sense of local time. The current date, time, and timezone are included in the system prompt so the agent always knows what time it is.

Accepts any IANA timezone identifier (e.g. America/New_York, Europe/London). Defaults to UTC.

Personality

Defines how Pandora behaves — its tone, style, and boundaries. This is the system prompt sent to the model on every message.

The default personality is opinionated: warm but direct, concise, tool-first, and honest. You can replace it entirely or tweak individual sections.

Models

Pick an AI provider and model for the operator agent. Temperature (0—2) and max tokens are optional. See Models for provider setup details.

Defaults to Anthropic’s claude-sonnet-4-20250514.

Setup Wizard

Use the Run Setup Wizard button to re-run the first-run onboarding flow. This walks you through initial configuration again on next load.
